We don’t get this often but every once in awhile we get a couple that wants their engagement session captured at their wedding venue. We get it. That location is going to have a lot of meaning for you, it is the place that you are embarking on a monumental journey together.
Woodlawn | Savannah Wedding Venue
Woodlawn is located just outside the city of Savannah in a country setting. It was originally built in 1840 and has history in the Civil War, neglect of the property and even a fire. After being rebuilt, it was used as a working farm, which is where the barn and silos come in to play. In 1999 it started its transformation into the venue it is today. Although a previous working farm, Woodlawn has gardens throughout the property and some beautiful mossy oak trees, the perfect place to hold a ceremony.
Boho Chic Style Inspo
Hannah has a fun boho chic style and wore a floral sleeveless shift dress and white boots that went perfectly with the vibe of Woodlawn, the gardens and the farm. Alex wore a green shirt and black slacks to match. This was a typical everyday outfit for the couple, causal and them.
Traditional Russian Outfit
Alex is originally from Russia so to honor where he is from Alex and Hannah also had traditional Russian outfits that they wore during a part of their engagement session.
